Head of Adkesma Division

As the newly appointed Head of the Student Welfare Division (Adkesma), my core focus is on leadership development and team management. I currently lead a dedicated team of 5 staff members, ensuring that all our planned work programs (proker) are executed smoothly and align perfectly with our initial strategic design.

This role heavily trains my leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills. I am responsible for guiding my staff, monitoring daily progress, and bridging the gap between student aspirations and the study program's administration.
